When Will My Order Ship?

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and will become active within 1-3 days after your order leaves our warehouse.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
We can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order has likely already been processed and is preparing for shipment, making cancellation impossible. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this allows us to maintain our fast shipping times and get your products to you as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a defective product, incorrect item, or damage), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
